When Peter Lamb and Anthony Donatone met 30 years ago in Seattle, moving in the same circles as they established and built various restaurants, they became friends. In 2016, they found the opportunity to collaborate on a venture in Edmonds.

The hugely popular Bucatini on Edmonds Way was born.

Bucatini, named for a fat pasta noodle with a hole in the middle, has become a welcome and familiar destination in Edmonds.

"The whole vibe with the music, food, service, and ambience, brings every walk of life. We have a little bit of everything," said Donatone.
