It is just unreasonable to have a justice system because the word “justice” is hopelessly undefinable. In my 40-plus years of working in the various portions of our judicial organizations, I learned to not call our legal system a “justice system,” but rather I now address both our criminal and civil mode as processing systems.
Our Supreme Court of The United State (SCOTUS) is a prime example of why we should stay away from using the word “justice,” since the nine bodies on our (political body?) highest court apparently believe, and history is on their side, that they cannot be...
