Nana's Lemon Cake | Let's Cook!

I rarely bake, but this cake is absolutely delightful! I want to dedicate this recipe to my friend Karl French who passed away on September 11, 2021. This was his grandmother's recipe, which has been passed down to family and friends for years. 


• 1 3oz box of lemon JELL-O

• 1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme cake mix

• 1 cup boiling water

• ¾ cup canola oil

• 4 eggs

• 1 ½ teaspoons lemon extract

• 5oz fresh lemon juice

• 2 cups powdered sugar
