Vintage residents continue to struggle with parking; more spaces possible in July

Managers of the Vintage apartments in Mill Creek, which provide housing for residents aged 55+, continue to struggle with providing sufficient parking, leaving tenants confused and frustrated as to where they can park their vehicles.
