Glacier Peak High School is offering the 2021 commencement in a setting that allows four tickets per graduate, in an in-person ceremony.
The event is planned for June 15 at 7:30 p.m. at the Evergreen Speedway. Family seating allows for 690 "pods," which includes space for up to four family members to sit. Each pod is distanced 6 feet from other pods.
Glacier Peak's newsletter said they are anticipating approximately 400 graduates to attend in-person. Each graduate will receive a pod for their family to attend.
Commencement ceremonies were tenuous this year, due to distancing and gathering limits from COVID-19. Snohomish County remains in Phase 3, with the entire state.
