My wife forgot to change an IRA account beneficiary to my name before she passed. In our wills we each are to inherit 100% of the other’s estate. We’ve been married 39 years. That specific account shows the beneficiary as her ex-husband. Can probate fix this problem to pay out this IRA according to our will?
