Marti Anamosa is retiring after 21 years as a library volunteer and leader

With just over two decades dedicated to the libraries, Marti Anamosa is retiring as a Sno-Isle Libraries volunteer.

Her dedication to the libraries has been lengthy and detailed, and half of her volunteer-career dedicated to Mill Creek residents. She spent time listening to residents at library forums, when the city was preparing for its 2018 levy vote.

"I have been party to many, many discussions over the years about how we can work with the elected and appointed officials in Mill Creek to build a considerably bigger library there for this growing community," Anamosa told the Beacon.
