Union letter to City Council about unfair labor practice complaint, layoffs
The letter was sent to every City Council member on July 9, the day the layoffs of several longtime City employees went into effect.

Miguel Morga, the director of staff services for the union that represents City of Mill Creek employees, sent the following letter to each City Councilmember in response to the layoffs of three employees (the fourth person laid off is not represented by the union). AFSCME Council 2 (the union) has filed an unfair labor practice complaint over the layoffs and other instances of what it says are unfair labor practices by the City.
