Archbishop Murphy shares reopening plans for next year
It’s the end of the school year, but many are already thinking about the fall

This tumultuous school year is over for most students, but administrators are already thinking about when – or if – they will return to campus in the fall.
The state superintendent, Chris Reykdal, released his office’s initial school reopening plan June 11. In it, he stated that he expects schools to be open for in-person instruction in the fall.
“Nothing we have been through these past three months was in the training manual. Not in your formal education, probably not in your lived experience, and certainly not faced by the system as a whole,” wrote Reykdal in the opening let...
