Editor’s note: In our last issue, the Beacon gave readers an update on our public records requests into Police Chief Greg Elwin being put on administrative leave. In that story, we told readers that the City responded saying they would respond to our request on April 2. As of the Beacon’s print deadline April 2, we still have not received the records.
