Police Officers’ guild agrees to three-year contract

The city council approved a new three-year collective bargaining agreement with the Mill Creek Police Officers’ Guild at its meeting on Tuesday night, Feb. 27. The agreement was backdated to cover Jan. 1, 2018 through Dec. 31, 2020.
“We are exceptionally pleased to have negotiated this new contract so quickly,” City Manager Rebecca Polizzotto said following the meeting. “Both sides agreed to put reasonable offers on the table from the get-go and worked collaboratively to achieve consensus.”
