Glacier Peak could never seem to find its offensive flow in its loser-out 4A state regional girls basketball playoff against Lewis and Clark.
The Grizzlies missed six layups in the first four minutes of play and struggled the rest of the way in a 55-36 loss to the Tigers Friday, Feb. 23, at West Valley High School in Spokane.
The six missed layups seemed to cause Glacier Peak to play tighter, coach Brian Hill said.
“It kind of threw us off,” he said. “The defense was good. We had a hard time getting a flow and momentum.”
