A few weeks ago, I was attending the Riverview School District Office, Duvall, Parent, Teacher, Student Association’s (PTSA) Council’s District Art awards recognition gathering. The artist competition topic was, “What Is Your Story?”
Our world renowned and great American, Martin Luther King Jr., who was born on January 15, 1929 and was murdered on April 4, 1968, motivated grade schooler Zelma Quaynor, through her visual art project, to express her deepest gratitude towards her inspirational hero Doctor King.
