Evergreen Arboretum and Gardens has a free winter pruning class with Trevor Cameron scheduled for Saturday, Feb 17, from noon to 1 p.m. The event is at Evergreen Arboretum and Gardens, 145 Alverson Blvd, Everett.

Winter is the perfect time for gardeners to learn the art of proper pruning, and this class promises to be an informative and enjoyable experience for attendees.  Cameron, general manager at Sunnyside Nursery, will lead the session.

As a long time member of the Arboretum's board and curator of both the Maple Grove and Horizontal Rock Gardens, Cameron brings a wealth of expertise and experience to the table.

Participants will have the opportunity to delve into the world of gardening tools, rules, and essential tips for effective pruning practices.

Cameron will provide a hands-on demonstration in the beautiful outdoor setting of the Arboretum.

Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, as the class will be held outdoors. Registration is not required.

Meet at the Arboretum’s front entrance columns.
