After a 45-minute road trip to a 54-degree, bright sunny, fluffy white-cloud Wednesday morning, we guests were greeted by those bright rainbow of Skagit Valley's Banja Lukas, Ad Rems, Belicias, Daydreams, Sun Lovers, and Fire Wings tulips.
