On Tuesday, March 29, Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit (MCU) detectives arrested a 22-year-old Everett man for the March 6 murder of a 31-year-old Everett man.
The suspect shot the victim at approximately 1:38 a.m. while a separate altercation with numerous bar patrons was occurring in the parking lot outside of 128th Billiards on Sunday, March 6.
Detectives do not believe the suspect and victim were known to each other prior to the incident. The 22-year-old suspect was arrested Tuesday at a job site in Everett. He was transported and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for first-degree murder.
The 22-year-old suspect had his initial court appearance Wednesday, and was held on first-degree murder. A judge set his bail at $1 million.
