Council's top priority: Parcels adjacent to sports park

Also: Hiring a city manager, communications plan

A two-part March City Council retreat established that achieving consensus on a DRCC plan was the top priority for the Mill Creek City Council in 2022.

The plan refers to 19 acres encompassing four parcels of land that include Dobson, Remillard, Church, and Cook (DRCC), adjacent to the Mill Creek Sports Park.

The City Council engaged in two evenings of a goal-setting retreat March 15 in a special meeting, as well as a final wrap-up during the March 22 regular meeting. The retreat was facilitated by Andrew Ballard of Marketing Solutions.
