Levies pass; no budget cuts anticipated

Anticipation filled the room during the Feb. 8 Everett Public Schools meeting as the board discussed the importance of the two district levies on the ballot, Black History Month, and an overview of where the district is in the budget development process.
Board members expressed their excitement for the results of the Feb. 8 election in hopes of receiving funding from both levies in order to support Everett Schools and students.
