Mill Creek settles with two former employees for $30,000

It’s the end of a year-long legal battle with the union

Mill Creek City councilmembers unanimously approved a settlement with the union that represents local government employees Tuesday night, Feb. 1, including a $30,000 severance payment for former staff, after a legal battle that has dragged on for more than a year.

It is the second settlement councilmembers have approved this year with former employees.
