We are entering our third year of the Covid-19 pandemic. When many of us thought the worst was behind us, we are hitting record levels of infections … hospitals are again reaching capacity, and schools are closing. People are exhausted and scared. This is leading to a lack of compassion and patience, and this lack of compassion can actually affect our overall health.
