Our athlete of the week is freshman girls' basketball player Ava Marr. Although the Wildcats fell 53-65 to Nooksack Valley in the first game of the season, Ava opened her debut game at Archbishop Murphy by leading all scorers with a game high 20 points. She's an extremely coachable and dedicated player who puts in maximum effort 100% of the time.
