Mill Creek officer responded to the report of a catalytic converter theft in the 1100 block of 164th ST SE.
Malicious mischief
Mill Creek officer responded to the report of malicious mischief in the 16100 block of Bothell Everett Hwy.

Mail recovered
Mill Creek officer responded to the report of found property in the 16500 block of 15th Drive SE. A large pile of mail was recovered.
Mail theft
Officers responded to a report of a mail theft located in the 13300 block of 47th Ave SE. No suspect information at this time.

Mill Creek officer responded to the report of a theft in the 2100 block of 132nd ST SE.
Oct. 25
Welfare check leading to arrest
Police responded to a welfare check in the 15800 block of Mill Creek Boulevard, for an adult male passed out in his vehicle. Upon conducting a check of records, it was discovered that the subject had an active warrant for his arrest. The man was taken into custody and booked without incident.
Stolen plate
A 29-year-old Mill Creek man reported his license plate was stolen from his vehicle in the 13700 block of 32 Drive SE.
Stolen gym bag
A 24-year-old Bothell man reported his gym bag was stolen out of his gym locker in the 13300 block of SR‐527.
Oct. 26
Theft report
Police responded to a theft in progress in the 13300 block of 39th Ave SE. A report was taken and the investigation is ongoing.
DWLS violation
Officers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation in the 13900 block of 35th Ave SE. A 57‐year‐old Everett male was cited and released for DWLS 3rd Degree.
Oct. 27
Assault and domestic violence
Officers responded to the 1200 block of Mill Creek Blvd for a report of an assault with a weapon. Investigation revealed that a 34‐year‐old Mill Creek male had assaulted his 26‐year‐old Mill Creek girlfriend and damaged some property. The male was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for Assault 4th Degree Domestic Violence and Malicious Mischief 3rd Degree Domestic Violence
Theft report
Officers responded to a theft in the 16300 block of Bothell‐Everett Hwy. Investigation pending
Suspicious threats
Police received several calls reporting a suspicious and threatening post made on a social media platform, towards a facility in the 1500 block of 136th Street SE.

Officers responded to a cold theft in the 3200 block of 132nd St SE. An unknown male suspect stole approximately $10 worth of merchandise from a store
