The City's Art & Beautification (A&B) Board will hold a long-awaited ribbon-cutting ceremony to dedicate the Historical Preservation Panels located on the Main Street Bridge 2 p.m., Oct. 28.
Mill Creek's Historical Preservation Project was first envisioned by the City's A&B Board in 2018. Although completed in 2019, the pandemic delayed production and installation of the final commemorative plaque until earlier this month.
