Popular Edmonds Holiday Trolley is back for 2021

The Holiday Trolley returns this year after skipping 2020 due to the pandemic.
In conjunction with the Edmonds Downtown Alliance (ED!), the trolley will run on the first three Saturdays in December throughout downtown, with the assistance of Emily the Elf.
