Five seats on the Mill Creek City Council are up for grabs in the Nov. 2 general election.

Councilmember John Steckler is running unopposed for re-election for Position 1.

First-time candidate Nicholas Swett will be running against incumbent and Mayor Pro Tem Stephanie Vignal for Position 2.

Incumbent Benjamin Briles will run against first-time candidate Connie Allison for Position 3. Eric Cooke will be facing incumbent Brian Holtzclaw for Position 4. And Melissa Duque will face incumbent Adam Morgan in the Position 6 race.
