The Mill Creek City Council this week soundly rejected a councilmember's proposal to block vaccine passports and mandates on COVID-19 vaccinations at City Hall.

During the Sept. 28 council meeting, Councilmember Vince Cavaleri presented his proposed resolution that the City opposes the use of vaccine passports and requiring COVID-19 vaccinations for its employees, volunteers, and guests in City Hall.

In his proposition, he wrote, "Mill Creek is an inclusive community where businesses and citizens are treated with equal access, regardless of any medical status."
