Snohomish County awarded $7.8 million to re-pave two major east-west corridors

Snohomish County Public Works was awarded $7.8 million in grants from the National Highway System (NHS) Asset Management Program for overlay on the 164th St SW corridor and the 132nd St SE/134th Pl SE/Cathcart Way corridor.

“Maintaining our roads is a priority for Snohomish County Public Works and we are grateful for the federal funding that helps to make it possible,” Public Works Director Kelly Snyder said. “Both corridors serve transit and tens of thousands of vehicles each day, making them vital routes for our residents, businesses, and visitors.”
