Ah, how I love the Caravan Kebab restaurant.
Every time I drive by their sign at Firdale Village, my mind (and stomach) dream of pierogi. Those potato-filled dumplings, a traditional Polish dish, are one of my favorite dishes, and Caravan makes some of the best (Polish dumplings for $14.95).
To stop at pierogi, however, would wildly underrepresent the fantastic menu (from European to Indian) at this long-standing Edmonds' restaurant. We got takeout often during the pandemic, but we were happy to return to dine in recently. All is still wonderfully the same.
