I came across this recipe a few years ago. When we had a big snowstorm here a couple years back, I remembered this recipe and decided to give it a try as it sounded like the perfect meal for such a time.

I am always looking for new and different vegetarian recipes and this one really stood out because of the unique method with which the chili is made.
