School district to implement safety protocols this year against COVID | Our Schools

On Tuesday, Aug. 10, parents of students in the Everett Public School District received a letter from superintendent Dr. Ian Saltzman regarding the upcoming school year commencing in the fall. The letter details certain protocols and precautions that will be made in an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
"We understand there are many different philosophies on requiring students and staff to wear masks while in school," Saltzman said. "Our utmost concern is for the health and safety of our students and staff."
