Elton Joel, an Elton John and Billy Joel tribute band performed on Wednesday, Aug. 11 as the third performance in the Mill Creek Town Center Summer Concert Series at The Forum.
Concerts will continue weekly from 6-8 p.m. with free outdoor seatings...
