Community Transit receives federal funding to help new Swift line in Mill Creek

Transit facility at McCollum Park to be renovated

The to-be-constructed Orange Line will travel from McCollum Park Park & Ride to Edmonds College. It will also service the Lynnwood Transit Center providing commuters a direct route to the Link light rail station, which will be opening in 2024.

A new Community Transit rapid transit project will make it easier for Mill Creek commuters to reach their destination.

The Orange Line will run between McCollum Park Park & Ride and Edmonds College, traveling though Mill Creek and Lynnwood, and will provide a direct route to the Lynnwood Link light rail station which will open in 2024.

Community Transit will receive $6.5 million in funding through the American Rescue Plan for its Swift Orange Line bus rapid transit project.
