'It feels like a prison'

Cars that have violated the parking regulations are towed. For many low-income residents, this is only a cause for further frustration, apart from not being able to find any parking spaces in the first place, as towing fines can be well above what they can afford.

Residents of the Vintage apartments have expressed grievances of insufficient parking spaces and an unhelpful managerial staff leaving tenants feeling helpless and frustrated. The issue continues to be unresolved, and a lack of transparency from the staff only worsens the problem. What was intended to be a hospitable and luxurious home for seniors and low-income families now feels like a stressful and disingenuous environment, in the words of one of the occupants.
