City budget close to expectations

The City of Mill Creek is making plans to increase revenue as the third quarter report shows the City is pretty close to where it planned to be financially.
The report was presented in the same meeting that City Manager Michael Ciaravino announced a tentative re-opening of the passport office.
The City worked passport revenue increases into the biennial budget that started in 2021. Plans to kick off a passport services expansion was in response to information on an unmet need for passports, the previous finance director said.
