Pfizer clearance to expand COVID-vaccination to ages 12 and up

Health officials: access expected late this week

The FDA has approved emergency use of the Pfizer vaccine for kids 12 to 15 years of age with access to the vaccine anticipated on Thursday.

"We are close to the vaccine being available for ages 12 and up in Snohomish County, but we're not there quite yet," said Kari Bray, communications coordinator for the Snohomish Health District.
