Appointments optional at mass vaccination sites

Seven mass vaccination sites are available in Snohomish County, and several are close to the Mill Creek and Bothell areas. The county's mass vaccination sites are accepting onsite registration. That means people can drop in and fill out forms onsite. Scheduling ahead is still recommended.

Mass vaccination sites in Snohomish County are now taking onsite registration in an effort to remove an obstacle.

The Ash Way mass vaccination site that offers Pfizer took onsite registration Sunday May 2, injecting 600 people in time to assure no already opened vaccines were wasted.

Advance scheduling is still recommended, but officials say people will not be turned away for dropping in. The health district is also opening up appointments a week in advance.

A parent or guardian must accompany anyone under the age of 18. Pfizer is the only vaccine cleared for ages 16 and 17, and that sam...
