This last year has been challenging to say the least. One of the ways that I was able to keep grounded was to head out for a hike with my daughter, Julia. During the summer we made it a practice to go for a hike at least twice a month, and even got a few hikes in during the cold winter months. Now that the weather is warming up, I am looking forward to heading outside more frequently.
