Dear Editor,
“Innocent until proven guilty.” This rather simple and easy to understand concept is predicated upon the idea that if you commit a crime, you will leave behind evidence. If you did not commit the crime, you will have left behind no evidence. It is this evidence that is used to prove guilt. This is how our judicial system works, and that is how it must always work. The Blake decision seems to be consistent with that process.
