Ciaravino backs city staff, in talks to re-open

The emergency proclamation first provoked by Gov. Jay Inslee's office at the start of the worldwide pandemic is under discussion in Mill Creek, with hopes to consider a re-opening decision in the April 13 meeting.

Vaccine access is a limiting factor for staff safety, contends City Manager Michael Ciaravino. The working public, including all adults and people 16 to 18, will be eligible for vaccination April 15.
