Witnesses sought in hit and run that leaves two dead

One of deceased identified as a Snohomish man

The suspect in a hit-and-run collision that left two dead was driving this vehicle when Troopers arrested him in connection with the case. Law enforcement is seeking witnesses who saw the vehicle, the pedestrians, or anything that adds to the investigation.

One of the two dead from a hit-and-run collision in Bothell last week is from Snohomish.

The deceased were identified by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office as Carson M. Cox, 32, and Sara L. Fox-Heath, 39.

Cox was from Snohomish and Fox-Heath from Seattle. The two were walking before they were struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Nellis Road and State Route 524. According to a news release from the Washington State Patrol, the vehicl...
