Unfair labor practice complaint filed with City of Mill Creek

The union that represents a portion of city employees in Mill Creek filed an unfair labor practices complaint with the Public Employment Relations Commission of Washington, on July 8. The complaint was in response to the City's decision to lay off three employees, according to documents obtained by the Beacon. It was the second unfair labor practice complaint filed against the City in the past two years.
