A 37-year-old Lake Stevens man was taken into custody Saturday, Nov. 28, after an hour-long pursuit in which police say he fled in a vehicle, shot at them, crashed into a residential area, and hid in a Mill Creek garage before his arrest.
He was cooperative with police upon arrest and is facing charges of first-degree assault, drive-by shooting and eluding, all felonies. He also faces charges of residential burglary, obstructing and vehicle prowl, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office reported.
