Congregate facilities continue to be a COVID risk
Facility 40 minutes from Mill Creek has second outbreak

A facility in Stanwood that cares for older adults is experiencing another COVID-19 outbreak.
Since Oct. 26, the Snohomish Health District made multiple visits to Josephine, located at 9901 272nd Street, in Stanwood. The district posted a press release on Nov. 13. The site had an outbreak in March, as well.
The health district reported on Nov. 20 that 23 similar congregate facilities had cases including 12 skilled nursing, eight assisted living and four adult family homes. As of that date, the combined total was 349 cases since late-October.
