The ballot box at McCollum Park is accessible off 128th Street exit, from I-5, or by foot, with a walk down Dumas Road from Bothell Everett Highway.
Snohomish County voters are returning ballots as the Nov. 3 cutoff arrives, and those still unregistered can do so -- with a mask, and a ride to the Snohomish County Elections office.
Those who have not yet voted can mail ballots or drop them off at an official ballot box. Mailed ballots must be post-marked by Election Day, Nov. 3.
