Rain water flowing over surfaces and through soil eventually ends up in Puget Sound.

The water that flows over streets, sidewalks, and through soil and into groundwater carries pollutants that eventually flow into the Puget Sound – so cities must take action.

The City of Mill Creek is preparing a draft of its 2020 Storm Water Management Plan, which describes actions the City, businesses and homeowners must take “to preserve and enhance the environment as it is affected by storm water,” a city press release states.
