Aug. 7 - Aug. 13

Lock those car doors and look both ways when crossing the streets

Officers responded to reports of a gun-toting road rager, a rape allegation, two vehicle-vs.-pedestrian collisions, and a broken window.

The two incidents of vehicle vs. pedestrian collision occurred on 164thStreet and Main Street. Near the 800 block of 164th St S.E. a vehicle driven by a 41-year-old man from Shoreline collided into a 52-year-old woman from Lake Stevens on Aug. 8.

A second vehicle-vs.-pedestrian collision occurred at the intersection of Main Street and Mill Creek Boulevard. A Marysville woman, 51, was driving her vehicle through the area and struck a Mill Creek husband and wife, who were crossing the street in a marked crosswalk. The Aug. 8 collision did not involve alcohol or drugs.

Officers took a report on a vehicle prowl, which occurred near

the 15600 block of Mill Creek Blvd.

Aug. 8

No gun for you

Officers responded to a road rage incident in the 15900 block of Bothell Everett Highway in which a firearm was displayed. Officers contacted the suspect and recovered the firearm involved in the incident.

Aug. 9

Mail theft

A 25-year-old Renton man was contacted by police under suspi- cion of mail theft that occurred in the 2600 block of 144th St. SE. His vehicle was impounded pending a search warrant.

Aug. 10


Officers responded to a report of forgery in the 15500 block of Main Street. A business reported a check had been forged within the past several weeks.

Aug. 12

Sexual assault

A Mill Creek officer responded to the report of rape near the 14400 block of 35th Ave SE. An investigation is ongoing.

Vehicle prowl

Police responded to a vehicle prowl in the 15400 block of Main Street. An employee of a nearby office reported that her vehicle had been broken into and a bag stolen.

Aug. 13

Domestic dispute

Officers responded to a verbal domestic in the 16200 block of Bothell Everett Highway. A 38-year-old transient man and a 29-year-old transient woman got into a verbal dispute.


Police responded to a report of a broken window in the 1100 block of 141stStreet SE. No leads were available and a report was taken.

Aug. 11


Officers responded to a shoplifting report in the 2000 block of 132nd Street SE that had occurred on Aug. 5.


Officers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation in the 2100 block of Village Green Dr. A 37-year-old Everett man was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for driving with a suspended license.

Vehicle prowl

Police took a vehicle prowl report in the 15300 block of 28th Drive SE after a Mill Creek man reported his car had been broken into overnight.
