Sheriff's Office looking for level 3 sex offender who cut off ankle bracelet

Timothy McCamey, a Level 3 Registered Sex Offender, cut off his ankle bracelet and authorities are asking the public to call 911 if they have any information about his location. McCamey is homeless and is known to frequent the Everett, Marysville, and Arlington areas.
The Snohomish County Violent Offender Task Force (VOTF) seeks the public's help to locate 40-year-old Timothy McCamey, a Level 3 Registered Sex Offender.
He is out of compliance and has a nationwide extraditable felony warrant for failure to register and a Department of Corrections escape warrant for failure to register.
On March 30, a judge granted McCamey a temporary release order and he was released from jail. He has since cut off his electronic monitoring ankle bracelet and has not returned.
He has convictions for first-degree child molestation, third-degree child molestation, unlawful imprisonment and three counts of failure to register.
McCamey is homeless and is known to frequent the Everett, Marysville, and Arlington areas.
He is 5'11," weighs approximately 200 pounds, and has brown hair.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
