Editor’s note: the following is an excerpt from Gov. Jay Inslee’s statewide reopening plan.
Phase 1 of Gov. Jay Inslee’s reopening plan for the state began on May 5, 2020.
When COVID-19 disease burden is low and decreasing and the four above capabilities are met, the governor will issue an order for the state to move into future phases.
