Former police chief says City's allegations 'paint a harsher picture' of his actions
The City says Greg Elwin's actions were 'unbecoming,' and he failed to report a safety issue. Elwin told the Beacon the City's allegations are more severe than what actually happened.

Former Mill Creek Police Chief Greg Elwin and the City entered a separation agreement in early May, after the former chief had been on leave since January amid an investigation into misconduct. Elwin told the Beacon that the City's allegations "paint a harsher picture" than what actually happened.
