Snohomish Education Foundation raises over $263,000 at annual auction

Hundreds of guests participated in the Snohomish Education Foundation's annual auction Oct. 5.
In just one student-focused evening, community members gave $263,000 – all of which will support classroom activities in K-12 schools and add to scholarship funds available for graduating high school seniors.
About 320 guests attended the fundraising event at the Tulalip Orca Ballroom Oct. 5.
"On behalf of the students, families, and educators in the Snohomish School District, we send a resounding 'thank you' for the community's generosity during our annual auction," said Robin Stefanson, chair of the auction.
